My siblings and I have a lot of things in common – but our most evident similarity is our love for food! My sister Angel insisted that i go and try Maple since her friends had been raving about how good it was.
Growing up, mom would always prepare us a grand breakfast. A full course morning meal: Pancakes, waffles, bacon, to trad pinoy faves like beef tapa, longganisa and the like..so we all grew up loving breakfast food. And we can have it anytime of the day! plus its the only kind of food i know how to cook haha ;)
Maple is right across San Antonio parish in the Forbes area and it was my first time to visit the complex since it got renovated. The picture on the menu of the blueberry pancake was so tempting but for one reason or another none of us were in the mood for pancakes… And truthfully I found it a bit pricey at 450. Instead We ordered a burger, eggs benedict and jambalaya plus the dessert. And they were all fantastic! See Pictures below!
By the way, i only found out that Maple sister company of Pancake House, another favorite of my husband and I. So it wasn’t really a surprise that it was quite good gastronomic experience :)
They served us maple glazed bread. It was simple but my siblings and I enjoyed it so much!
Spaetzle Jambalaya P390 – Fresh Spaetzle pasta with their own special Jamlabaya sauce, topped with shrimps and Chilean Mussles.
We weren’t able to finish this meal. We usually have Jambalaya with rice at home and the texture with the spaetzle pasta was a little weird for us.. But flavor was good!
The MAPLE Burger P475 – A juicy grilled beef patty, American cheese, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, fried onion rings and maple glazed bacon.
We enjoyed this dish so much!
Eggs benedict P315 – A Maple signature topped with Canadian bacon, poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce served with crunchy Bistro fries.
Look at that!
Their menu was like a story book!
Chocolate Skillet Cookie P225 – Hot, fudge coockie dough baked in a skillet topped with maple glazed pecans and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
This was really good!

I always pass by this branch on my way to work. But I tried it at shangrila branch and their tapa is great! but the burger on your pic looks mouthwatering! Anything with bacon actually. ❤️
