My love for art started when i was a kid. I used to join water colour and charcoal workshops. Painting is such a peaceful hobby, it takes your mind off of things, and allows your creativity to take flight (spoken like an artist ;). I spent last weekend at my mother’s house. Even at the age of 27 and being married, when I go home to her, she’ll always still treat me like her baby. (and I’m the eldest of 5 kids at that) The pace and feel of a day at mom’s is very different from the frenetic energy of Makati. Our family home is in Antipolo so you wake up not to the sound of busses and cars, but birds chirping and fresh clean air versus the smog of the city’s urban sprawl… My home there truly is a getaway but what is there to do really? EAT. SLEEP. REPEAT. Haha!
This blog has made me more adventurous and more like a doer of things. So last weekend, i took my little apples with me to the Pinto Gallery. Which is an art Gallery and Museum just minutes from my mom’s house. I had no plans of even blogging about it but luckily I brought my camera and GoPro. The place was ahhhh-mazzzzing. I’ll let the photos tell the rest.
Look at the details.
They even have a small chapel.
My sister Angel and P.
Nice location for prenup photos!
Lotsa awesome spots for photos!
There’s also a cafe inside called Siraulo. You can sit and have coffee.. Try the truffle pasta if can! It’s really good.
The view from the cafe.
Pinto Gallery is located at 1 Sierra Madre Street, Antipolo City, Luzon, Philippines.
Entrance is P150.

This is grand! Thanks for sharing Andi! I have to visit this place soon with my boyfriend-he lives in Antipolo. It is always fascinating to discover a hole-in-the-wall, right?! Try 14four cafe too, located in Taytay, although it is only open on weekends because it becomes a furniture showroom during weekdays. I bet you’ll like it. Have a nice day Andi!

I love the fact that they now serve a super refreshing iced tea made from lemongrass and ginger (and they serve it on a wine goblet haha!)
totally unrelated to pinto art gallery (I must say my favorite place in my hometown, too!), I just have to ask what your hair color is hahaha!
Pinto art gallery is amazing. Next time i visit (my fifth coz I always tour my friends there), I’m going to host a little picnic shenanigans with friend hihi <3
Hi Len, Hahaha yes the ice tea was good :P Also, my hair color.. I honestly dont know as i have like 5 colors and it has lightened cause of the beach. But you know what best to visit Hairworks Salon in Makati and look for Chrisy! She’s the one that takes care of my hair :P
