Finally I got a free day this past Friday after what was quite a busy week (which explains why I did’t have much time to post on this blog… Sorry =) Having a full day to myself allowed me to take my sisters and mom for a drive to Tagaytay, hopefully to escape the scorching Makati weather and to go to this resto called Marcia Adams we’d been wanting to try. My mom is the owner of a bath and body product line called “Bath Origins” (Awesome stuff… Really! Available in her store in Megamall, and by order on FB. Sorry had to plug) and her friend Marcia Adams(the resto’s proprietor) is a regular customer. Marcia simply adores my mom’s lavender flowers which she uses in some of her food and we kinda wanted to taste it for ourselves. It took us an hour and a half to get there from Makati, its not that difficult to find thanks to Google Maps and Waze.
And as soon as we got to the place it instantly felt like home… like your own little tuscan getaway. The gardens were full of different kinds of flowers, most I’d never seen before. And I looovvveee flowers! We also got to tour her property and even met her husband who was kind enough to entertain us with so many interesting anecdotes about the place.
It was a very relaxing afternoon and it was great to have the entire place to ourselves. Their menu changes every 3 months according to my mom but they have their staples. The minimum is approximately 700 per adult so you can pick a main course and it includes an appetizer and dessert, but it’s all so worth it. They are also currently constructing their Bed and Breakfast which should be ready in a few months . So I’m very excited for my next visit, so I can spend the night, and maybe wine and dine underneath my very own version of a tuscan sky in the heart of Tagaytay.
Our only photo together! :P
This was the only sign to her place!
As you enter you’ll pass through gardens…
CUTE!
The different kinds of wine they had!
Marcia mentioned that last weekend a couple had their intimate wedding reception here with just 30 guests!

Wow!! This place reminds me so much of Pinto Art Gallery! I hope PAG (pinto art gallery) can serve food like those you posted! :)
Oh! Have you been to Crescent Moon Cafe in Antipolo? And Vieux Chalet? :) Perhaps you can explore more restaurants in our Hometown, Antips! :)
