I love to travel, I’m sure you all know that by now. I try to travel as much as I can. And with every trip I never fail to thank the heavens as each and every time for me is a blessing.

Truth be told, I really only started travelling when I was 19 . YES my first plane ride was at 19 years old.

But after that I never stopped. Got bitten by the bug. I took each and every opportunity to travel the world, whether for work, for a holiday, with family, with my fiancè and now husband. I just love to discover new places, getting lost in cities, doing pre-travel research about new destinations. Everyone who has the good fortune to be able to go see the world and visit such amazing places, the way I have will always say that it truly allows you to grow as a person and opens your eyes that this earth is such a huge and fascinating place.

And because I have been blessed enough with work and the ability to help my family, I told myself that I want my younger siblings to feel what I feel, and experience what I experience.  (It’s a good thing they won’t have to wait till they’re 19 to ride a plane)

For the holiday season we went to Hong Kong together and just last week, I took them to Singapore! It was their first time their and our our first trip without our parents. We wanted to bond and just enjoy each others company, as sisters and brother. And funny i notice we fight less when mom and dad aren’t around cause everyone tends to be more responsible and not a burden to anyone (we still love you and want to travel with you mom and dad hahaha…and GP too!)

We were in Singapore for 3 days, thank you to my brother in law Jappy and Alvin for letting us stay in their beautiful home (we got to save so much, yay!). On the first day, we went to Orchard and shopped as it was the Great Singapore SALE! We didn’t even know, perfect timing! The second day we woke up early and headed to Universal Studios. When you’ve only seen Star City or Enchanted Kingdom, seeing Universal Studios is a whole new ballgame. From the entrance pa lang they were already taking photos seeing the famous Universal sign.. One of my favourite rides were the Transformers 4D! OH MY GOODNESS. We made sure to ride this last, it was the cherry on top of our day! We saw Marilyn Monroe and the Minions, and we also watched the play “Monter Rock” and Water World… It was awesome! We went around Universal and took so many photos, we also got the Express Pass which was totally WORTH IT. Literally we rode  every single ride, even the corny ones because we wanted to make it all sulit. And at the end of the day my siblings had those smiles that melted my heart and memories that will last us a lifetime!

Truly one of our favourite trips so far :)

P.S.

Spend a little more for the Express Pass. You won’t have to line up anymore and you’ll also save time.

FYI I didn’t change costume, i went to Universal twice. Once for work and once with my little apples <3 soooo worth it.
